Getting mail at camp is a highlight. Please feel free to send them now it can take several days to reach camp and I wouldn’t mail anything after Wednesday and that may not reach camp in time.

Driver Information Sheet (drivers please be ready to turn this in to the SPL staff just before departure. This is an important safety measure to make sure that all scouts are accounted for when we arrive.
Save Receipts: Actual gas costs are reimbursed for this trip. Drivers, please keep your receipts to turn in at the end of the trip. Drivers are reimbursed from a full tank to a full tank.

Meet at the Safeway parking lot at Foothills and Baseline. We will try to pick a location across from the main Safeway entrance where we have lots of space.

Medical Forms Required for Camp
Scout camp in Colorado is a little different than other places in the United States. We are considered a childcare facility under state law and have additional guidelines and regulations that we must follow to maintain our license. Much of these requirements are handled behind the scenes, however there are a few that directly impact your preparation to attend camp. This guide is intended to provide greater clarity regarding these expectations. We have made a concerted effort over the past several months to streamline this process by condensing forms and creating an express check-in. Not only will these changes cut down on confusion, but they will also make your arrival experience much more enjoyable. If you have any questions regarding medical forms, please contact our office as soon as possible so that we may help eliminate any confusion. We look forward to seeing you at camp this summer! Below is a listing of the forms required by Camp Alexander. Please note that multiple forms require a doctor signature. We must submit these forms to the camp in early May.
